OnePlus Mobile Price In Nepal 2021 [Latest]

OnePlus manufactures Chinese smartphones that are primarily focused on performance. As well as Oppo, Vivo, and Realme, BBK Electronics owns the company.

The company mostly produces phones that undercut flagships from other companies, so OnePlus mostly deals in flagship killers. Recent releases from OnePlus include the 5G N10 and OnePlus Nord, which fall in the mid-range. Their other important products include the OnePlus 8 Pro and the  OnePlus 8T.

Kratos Technologies Pvt Ltd. Ltd. is OnePlus’ authorized distributor in Nepal and currently sells 7 OnePlus smartphones there. As such, if you are interested in buying a OnePlus phone, let’s talk about its price and specifications.

2. OnePlus Nord 10 5G

There is no cheaper 5G smartphone available on the market right now than the Nord N10. It features a 6.49-inch FHD LCD panel. The 16MP front camera is housed within a circular cut-out on the top right corner of the screen.

Support for 90Hz refresh rate is another highlight of this display. Snapdragon 690 powering the phone is the most affordable 5G processor  from Qualcomm. A 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and two other 2MP sensors make up the quad-camera setup on the back of the phone. Battery capacity is 4,300 mAh, and Warp Charge 30T is supported.

3. OnePlus Nord

OnePlus Nord N100 1 500x500 1

This new budget offering from OnePlus offers an Android experience that’s similar to the ones found on the OnePlus 8, but at a more reasonable price. The Nord is equipped with all the staples, such as an AMOLED display, Warp Charge fast charging, and a big battery. There have been some cuts made, however, when it comes to the SoC and the build  quality. OnePlus Nord still has glass on the back, but instead of a metal frame, it has a plastic frame.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G is used here, not an 800-series chip. Despite this, there is 5G support on the Nord, which is quite nice. In terms of the overall package, the OnePlus Nord is hard to fault. Performance for apps and games is good, the camera takes good pictures and videos in daylight, and the display supports HDR10+.

There are some issues with low-light performance, but that’s about it. I appreciate how long the battery lasts and how loud the single speaker gets. With the OnePlus Nord, you can shoot selfie videos in 4K at 60 frames per second, which  even the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro can’t do.

Oneplus Nord Specifications

  • Display: 6.44-inch Full HD+ Fluid AMOLED, 90Hz refresh rate

  • Security: Fingerprint (under display)

4. OnePlus 8

OnePlus 8 In2010 5G 1

OnePlus 8 is the spiritual successor to the OnePlus 7 and will eventually replace the OnePlus 7T. The curved-edge front and back glass sandwiching the metal frame ensure excellent build quality. As always, the alert slider is handy and the buttons are easy to reach.

On the left side of the top left corner, there is a cutout to accommodate a hole-punch in the OnePlus 8’s 6.55-inch AMOLED panel. It feels fluid and snappy in general to use a 90Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, there is a fingerprint sensor in the display, which is super quick. Unlocking it is as easy as tapping it quickly and firmly.

At Rs. 49,999 for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, the OnePlus 8 top-end variant is featured in our review. Performance in gaming is excellent. Fortnite runs at 90 frames per second and has a good experience. OnePlus 8’s very good stereo speakers make watching movies and playing games especially enjoyable. You will also find OxygenOS well equipped with lots of shortcuts and gestures. There is a built-in screen recorder, a built-in screen recorder with dynamic wallpapers, 5GB of free cloud storage, a multitasking launcher, and a seamless multitasking experience.

As with the 7T, the OnePlus 8 has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with optical stabilization. The camera captures vivid colours and balanced HDR-controlled images in daylight. A wide-angle camera is also useful. There are instances where the third macro camera can be useful, but its clarity is poor. The selfie camera was decent under good light but didn’t do well in low light.

Aquamarine Green and Lunar Silver were the colours used for the launch.

6. OnePlus 8 Pro

61YSMhOd5EL. AC SS450

While the OnePlus 8 Pro shares some similarities with the OnePlus 8, it’s a little bit different. There are rounded sides to the display rather than just curved glass like on the 8. The phone has a fairly large 6.78-inch QHD+ (1440×3168-pixel) AMOLED panel, with high colour accuracy and  HDR10+ support. We are introducing 120Hz refresh rates this year. It is vibrant, colorful, and bright.

With the exception of controls for reverse wireless charging and video playback enhancement, the software experience is very similar to the OnPlus 8. OxygenOS is very fast and responsive, and the interface feels snappy.

Game performance and app performance are very good. Stereo  speakers sound great and the Dolby Atmos setting helps improve quality and  spatial separation.

Upgrades are made to the rear cameras. When the lighting conditions are good, the 48-megapixel primary camera provides excellent detail and colors. Also, the wide-angle camera can take great pictures as well as extreme close-ups. Also, the telephoto lens is good, and almost as good as the one on the Galaxy S20+.

Battery life is excellent but the big addition here is wireless charging. The 8 Pro also supports reverse wireless charging.

7. OnePlus 9

oneplus9 1 600x600 1

Although it is not metal, the OnePlus 9 feels solidly built, and the plastic frame does look like metal, even though it is not. Like the buttons on the 9 Pro, the alert slider has good tactile feedback. As with the OnePlus 8T, the OnePlus 9 has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display. With Oxygen OS 11, a version of Android 11, we are able to handle the software.

Thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, performance has been excellent from the get-go. Display quality is excellent – colors are vibrant, brightness is excellent, and viewing angles are excellent. It is my opinion that the OnePlus 9 has a better battery life than the OnePlus 9 Pro.

Due to its better sensors, the OnePlus 9’s cameras are a major upgrade from its predecessor. OnePlus 9 Pro also has an average selfie camera, similar to the one in the OnePlus 9 Pro. While the OnePlus 9 is a good smartphone in its own right, it’s hard to recommend when you can get the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and the OnePlus 8 Pro for almost the same price.

OnePlus 9 Specifications:

  • Display: 6.55-inches FHD+ AMOLED, 120Hz Refresh Rate, Corning Gorilla 5
  • Chipset: Snapdragon 888
  • Memory: 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage
  • OS: OxygenOS on top of Android 11
  • Rear Camera: Triple; 48MP primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide sensor, 2MP monochrome sensor
  • Front Camera: 16MP sensor (punch-hole)
  • Security: In-display Fingerprint Scanner, Face Unlock
  • Battery: 4500mAh with 65W fast charging, 15W Wireless Charging
  • Price: NPR 104,999 (12/256GB)

Final word

As of now, there are only three phones listed on the OnePlus mobiles price in Nepal list. Oliz Store seems to be out of stock of older phones, including the OnePlus 7 Pro. There may be other retailers who carry it as well.

Now that the OnePlus Nord and 8 Pro are available, you can buy them. However, both of these phones are a bit more expensive than expected.

The OnePlus fanbase is loyal and has its own identity. Every time a new phone is released, the price increases. This has angered the OnePlus  user base. From flagship killers to flagship companies, they’ve made a successful transition.

That’s why OnePlus Nord was launched. A broader audience is sought after and they want to go back to flagship killers.
