The fifth-generation Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus were launched here just a few  months ago, and while they may still be available, Lenovo has decided to launch refreshed versions of both phones.

Late last month, Motorola launched the new Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus in India. Moto will remain competitive with new features and upgrades from both companies. This year, Motorola has brought new Moto E, Moto C, and Moto Z devices to the Indian market, as well as the Moto X4 internationally. This rapid refresh of the G series is due to Lenovo’s observation that demand in the Rs. 15,000 and above segment has been rising steadily, and consumer spending has changed.
